Where a research model developed by DFI Labs is implemented, Rcube Asset Management is solely responsible, as applicable, for investor contracting and onboarding, regulated portfolio management, order decisions and execution oversight, risk oversight, control, supervision and crypto-asset services. DFI Labs acts only as a provider of quantitative research, technology and decision-support signals. DFI Labs does not contract with investors for regulated services, manage client money, execute orders, monitor or control client portfolios, hold client assets or private keys, or provide portfolio management, investment advice, custody or crypto-asset services.
